Well, Sean was here for 2 weeks and now he's back at work. We moved a couple of things into Papa's apartment this weekend so he doesn't have to sleep on the air mattress anymore.
So I had 2 weeks of relaxation not having to cater to the kids every moment. That was nice.
We were on our way home and Abby was listening to a song she likes. Nana started singing along with it, and Abby says stop singing a couple of times. When Nana kept singing, Abby says, "Shut your lips". It was sassy, a bit rude, and we told her so, but dang if it wasn't FUNNY.
Nathan does all the motions for "If you're happy and you know it". When he goes to point to his face during 'your face will surely show it", he puts his hands by his eyes. It's cute.
Whoa! Sean just called. He has official things in WRITING. We don't get to move to Kansas City. BUT, we don't have to leave the state. How does ST. LOUIS sound???
OK, friends in STL...I'm completely overwhelmed trying to choose where to live and what are the good schools. Ideas, suggestions? Sean will be working at the Federal Records Center on Page Blvd, close to 170. Kind of the middle of town. Which direction would be the best commute? Woo hoo! It's not Timbuktu!

WHOO HOO!!! St. Louis isn't far at all! How exciting! That is a relief! Not far from dad's apartment either I imagine! YEAH! :-)
Mitzi has a friend that lives up there I will call Mitzi and see if she can get the lowdown on the goo areas.
Oooh. I'd watch out for those "goo" areas. yikes! :-)
I have a friend that lives in St. Louis and she said there is a house for sale across from hers that is in a nice neighborhood, the real estate agent's name is Judy Hale at Gundaker Coldwell Banker. Her phone is 314-406-9599. There is a park, playground, community center and really nice pool that have no additional fee except for the tax deductible tax included on their real estate tax bill. It is a 4 bedroom house...she said it is in great shape with a really pretty yard and really expensive fence around the entire back yard. You might call, check it out. :-)
Oh and it is near Sean's new office building
Lots to see and do & hands on type places for kids in St. Louis. Congratulations.
